Bedrock Foundation Systems Inc., established in 1998, specializes in fixing home structural repair and subsidence problems. We are experienced repair professionals, dedicated to helping you with any structural and support problems your home is facing.
Unlike some other companies, we work with outside, unbiased Structural Engineers, to prevent any conflicts of interest.
These Structural Engineers inspect your home, from the foundation, up through the house walls and supports (including the chimney) to the roof, to determine the extent of the damage or subsidence and the best repair solution for you. We explain what is wrong and the different options for repair.
The same Structural Engineer then inspects our work when completed.
We maintain sufficient trained and qualified crews to start work on your home within 2 weeks from the time of your approval. While a basic repair crew is usually 3 technicians, this can be increased if necessary to complete your repairs on time. Occasionally we may sub-contract the repair of the brick cracks, or concrete repair on sidewalks, patios and driveways.
Bedrock Foundation Systems provides a “Turn Key Structural Repair Service” for your convenience. All of our contracts are “Guaranteed Maximum Price” to accomplish the work specified. This means that if additional repairs are necessary, it is covered under the contract. You are relying on us to know our job, so you should not be penalized.
